We have put together a comprehensive guide for parents, especially if your child is new to competitive swimming as it can be daunting for both the parents and swimmers alike. Please remember if you are ever in doubt ask one of the coaches who will be more than happy to help, ideally the Head Coach if it is related to competitions.
